The renovation work included demolition work, exterior facade, new ceiling, new walls, electrical, light plumbing, and a drive-thru expansion.The bank features a 24-Hour ATM, Safe Deposit Boxes and a Night Drop, Coin Counting Machine and a 3-lane Drive-Thru Service.

NuJak provided construction management and build-out services for the addition to MIDFLORIDA’s Downtown Lakeland office located on the corner of S. Florida Avenue and Lemon Street.

MIDFLORIDA Credit Union – Real Estate Sales
NuJak provided design-build services for the conversion of an existing 5,000 square foot retail store into a MIDFLORIDA Mortgage Center in South Lakeland. The mortgage services office includes a reception and lobby area, offices, break room, and cubicle offices.
