NuJak provided a turn-key tenant build-out for a new 3,000 square foot retail store at Sawgrass “The Mills” Outlet Mall located in Sunrise, Florida. NuJak performed the renovation of the existing Disney retail store which included a complete gut rehabilitation conversion. The store is a discount outlet with a wide inventory of Disney character apparel, vintage items & collectibles.
