NuJak provided Construction Management services for the new construction of an 8,500 SF addition to the Alachua County Library District Tower Road Branch.
The project consisted of adding 8,500 SF to the existing 15,000 SF to complete 23,500 SF of new, innovative library space. New features include a dedicated space for teens and children to work on crafts or watch movies, an expanded children’s indoor and outdoor area, a larger meeting room for library and community events, a quiet reading room for traditional library users, three study rooms, a kitchen, new restrooms, and more.
