NuJak performed a tenant build-out and expansion for the Tampa General Hospital (TGH) Family Care Center in Carrollwood which consisted of converting an existing unoccupied space to additional clinical space. Throughout the project, the family care center maintained operations of existing clinical space in accordance with Group 3 & 4 ICRA standards. We also performed other miscellaneous campus improvements.
