NuJak provided Construction Management services for the remodeled 1,500 square foot Chick-fil-a restaurant on the Southeastern University campus in Lakeland, FL.
Originally, the space was a grab-and-go cafeteria with stations for hot and cold meals, chips, coffee/fountain drinks, etc. with a small seating area. The space was then remodeled into a Chick-fil-A Express restaurant for a casual dining experience.
This project was constructed on a tight construction timeline on an occupied campus. NuJak was able to maximize the minimal layout space provided to allow for students to continue utilizing an integral part of student life, the dining area.
